About the Trial
Eligible customers may receive a 7-day trial of Brunos. The trial runs for 7 consecutive days beginning when it is activated.
A valid payment method is required to activate the trial. There is no subscription charge when the trial starts. Before activation, you select the monthly Brunos subscription plan that will apply if the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Promotional Trial Credits
Trial customers receive $100 in promotional Brunos credits for use within Brunos during the trial. These promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unused promotional trial credits expire when the 7-day trial ends and do not roll over into a paid subscription.
Automatic Conversion
Unless you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to the Brunos monthly subscription plan you selected when you enrolled.
When the trial converts, the payment method on file is charged the applicable monthly subscription price. The amount depends on the plan you selected, including its monthly Brunos credit allocation. This is the first subscription charge. You are responsible for reviewing the selected plan and its monthly price before activating the trial.
Monthly Recurring Billing
After conversion from the trial, your subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. The payment method associated with the subscription is charged the applicable recurring subscription amount for each billing cycle. Applicable taxes may be charged where required.
Canceling During the Trial
To avoid the first paid subscription charge, you must request cancellation before the 7-day trial expires. You may cancel through Account → Billing in your Brunos account or contact support@brunos.ai for assistance.
A request made after the trial has expired does not retroactively prevent a subscription charge that has already occurred.
Canceling a Paid Subscription
You may cancel an active paid subscription to stop future monthly renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access through the applicable paid-through date, and future recurring subscription charges stop after that period.
Cancellation does not itself create a right to a prorated refund. You may cancel through Account → Billing in your Brunos account or contact support@brunos.ai for assistance.
Additional Credit Purchases
Customers may be able to purchase additional Brunos credits separately from the credits included with a recurring subscription. Additional credit purchases are separate payment transactions and are not required to maintain the monthly subscription.
The terms that apply to an additional credit purchase, including any applicable refund terms, are governed by the Brunos Terms of Service and the terms presented with the purchase.
Relationship to the Terms of Service
These Trial Terms supplement the Brunos Terms of Service. The Terms of Service continue to apply to your account, subscription, and use of Brunos.
